Southcoast Xray is an independently owned and operated Private practice within the Illawarra Region.

The Illawarra is located just south of Sydney. It is an easy 1 hour 15 minute drive from Sydney Airport. We enjoy a coastal lifestyle with beautiful beaches and various types of outdoor activities. We are also in very close proximity to the Southern Highlands 1/2 hour. We have excellent Schools and a world class University in the University of Wollongong situated in the Illawarra, we also have several TAFE Colleges.

We have three practices; they are Dapto Plaza, Piccadilly Centre (Wollongong) and Figtree located within though operating separately out of The Illawarra Private Hospital. We offer a full range of services from General Radiography, Screening, Dental, Mammography, Ultrasound, C.T, MRI and Angiography.

We have been operating for over 25 years, over this time we have expanded and developed our services and are committed to customer service and quality of care. It is our intention to continue to expand and develop our services within the Illawarra.

The scanners we operate are a Siemen's 16 slice at Figtree, a G.E. quad slice at Dapto and a Siemen's dual slice at Piccadilly. We perform the full range of scans including Angio and Interventional work.

We also operate a G.E. 1.5 Tesla Magnet from our Figtree rooms. Our Magnet is a non funded Magnet and we also perform the full range of services on this machine. Our Figtree Rooms also have a Siemen's Angio Suite.
